My Future Today | June 2020
The feeling is of something much bigger coming to life through me and as me. Are you going to join me?
My entrepreneurial journey so far includes several Startups in different industries, a Scale-up with a successful Exit as well as an international Corporate Executive experience.
Now, I have added to that list a “global community” and it feels as if I’ve finally arrived home after a long journey.
Why I am saying that?
Because of the constant synchronicities that encourage me that I am on the right path.
Because of the magic ways in which brilliant women I’ve never met before are supporting me from all parts of the world.
Because of the wholeheartedness and commitment with which they are joining together to build the global community of leaders, changemakers and influencers WomenH2H I recently founded.
Only Six Months Ago…
I was just like many of us contemplating my next step and dwelling over my recent and not so recent decisions, learnings and experiences. Then I enrolled in the course facilitated personally by the Founder & CEO of Mighty Networks, Gina Bianchini and by Jessica Shambora. Gina Bianchini’s mission is to usher in a new era of creative business built on community and she does that brilliantly.
The support which I got during the learning journey masterfully facilitated by Gina and Jessica and co-created with the beautiful contributions of fellow explorers, was the final ingredient which I was missing.

Within the first two weeks of the course, I already knew it… Hesitations were gone. I felt connected to a deeper source of meaning, inspiration and purpose. Things that happened to me in the last several years that I could not fully explain were finally coming in their places. On 20 January 2020, I opened the site where we would start building the global village of women leaders, changemakers and influencers: WomenH2H.
The feeling was of something much bigger coming to life through me and as me.
💞The Essence of WomenH2H?
Do you sometimes feel it would “take a village” to solve the challenges we face at work today? You are right. And it would probably take several villages to solve all challenges we face today as humans and as a humanity. WomenH2H is such a “global village”. It’s one of the stages of a vision to use technology to connect diverse people across the globe in meaningful and novel ways: heart-to-heart, human-to-human.
THE PURPOSE? To thrive and prosper as humans, organizations and as a humanity. To enable the co-creation of the more beautiful workplaces we all long for. To solve our biggest challenges through profoundly new ways of collaborations: heart-to-heart, human-to-human and human-to-technology.
WomenH2H brings together women working in rapidly changing environments who understand the special role of women today at work. They may be overwhelmed by change at work, frustrated with conflicts or disheartened by office politics, drama and draining emotions. Or they may be inspired to co-create the more beautiful workplaces we all long for and intuitively know it’s too hard and too lonely to do that on their own.
Here we inspire and elicit each other to master together how to get back our zest, thrive on change, lead with grace and confidence and live the life of our dreams as we transform ourselves and build the more beautiful workplaces we all long for.
🤩Less than five months later:
- We have a Global Leadership Circle of 6 remarkable women: Lauren Grey Flanagan, Kay Rayee, Barbara Fluegge, Jeannice Fairrer Samani, Diane Danvers-Simmons and Dr Madelaine Gomes.
- 5 women have joined our Immersive Internship Program and many more women have started contributing to the community in awesome ways. More than 30 women have become wholehearted ambassadors of the community with one of them, Dr Haidi Badawi, alone bringing 70 women. On June 20, 2020
Five months later, we are coming together for our first Global Community Gathering and we are inviting women from around the world to join our 24-live global inspiring conversations hosted by eight brilliant women: Barbara Fluegge, Lauren Grey Flanagan, Jeannice Fairrer Samani, Diane Danvers-Simmons, Kay Rayee, Farah Ismail, Canan Piskin and Dr Madelaine Gomes and ignited by 30 amazing speakers from around the globe.
